The pink colour is the French version of this machine. Note that neither the 930 nor the 940 came with mylar sheets. Brother 930 Electronic
The Brother 930 Electronic Knitting Machine is very similar to the Brother 940 but with a smaller memory . An electronic machine, it does not have a mylar sheet facility but does offer built in patterns and a push button electronic input system.
This is fine for small patterns you just want to enter quickly but not so good for large areas of pattern as its easy to get lost during input. However, as I have Designaknit, I use my cable to download patterns and this is a great accessory.
I have the French version of this machine and instead of ivory its a beautiful pink colour.
