Busch Knitting Machine

A Swiss made knitting machine similar in gauge to the 5 mm Passaps.

 

It is a well built and smooth operator with a holding facility and a set of rules to aid patterning.  There are a couple of yarn holders under the front carriage which I have yet to find out how to operate, but give me time.  The Busch is a weightless system that operates with a cast on comb – it offers a soft hand knit quality and takes 4 ply with ease.
